    No, a trustee has no authority to see any accounts in this regard other than those of the deceased.

    The trustee can ask, just like any random person can ask.  Whether or not the bank / beneficiary / etc. will show the account information is up to them.  The bank will not do it without a court order, which isn't going to happen.

    If you mean access in order to take money out of the account, then the answer is no.  Not unless the account owner puts them on the account, and why would she do that?

    Depends entirely on the terms of the trust but generally not unless the account was opened by the trust.  But if a beneficiary asked for more money claiming he was destitute, it might be possible for the trustee to require evidence of income and spending.
