PS4 controller delay. Botched soldering, or?

I recently bought a new PS4 controller and I noticed there was a noticeable delay on the right thumb stick when giving an input. I decided to open up the controller. It looks like some of the points of the thumbstick aren't soldered but I'm not exactly a professional so I came here for a second opinion - is it the soldering? If you think it could be something else please feel free to say otherwise, thank you for your help.

*In the top right there are 2 pins from the thumbstick that look unsoldered and there even appears to be one on the left too. Plus the sticker thing on the right side looks like it has a cut in it.

Have a video game repair specialist look at it in person.
