Babylonians had batteries, Egyptians had light bulbs, Greeks had computers, the Chinese had rockets, and Persians had spaceships?
Does anyone feel that our real history is being suppressed by a secret cabal of ancient demons? Our ancestors were a lot more advanced than we've been led to believe. Perhaps even ahead of our current technology.

The Ancient Egyptian lightbulbs were only for the priesthood and only used where smoke would damage artwork. The common people never had access and still largely don't. Read Sitchin and Icke.

Yes they have managed to fool you. But is that such a difficult thing to do?

Some of those things are true...but generally not in the modern sense.
As far as I know the Egyptians did NOT have light bulbs.
As far as I know the Persians did NOT have space ships.
The Babylonians did have devices that ***were functional batteries***...
but they did not use them AS batteries and did not perceive them AS batteries.
Instead, they used them for electroplating.
The Greeks had a "computer" OF SORTS. But...it was NOT programmable. (I.e. NOT a computer in the modern sense of the word.) It relied on gears and could be used to accurately predict ("compute") well-known celestial phenomena such as full moons, lunar eclipses and equinoxes.
The Chinese had rockets...basically bottle rockets. We could even accurately describe some of them as missiles or (more accurately) rocket-propelled grenades. Not missiles or rockets that could reach or exceed Earth orbit, but useful in warfare.

Anonymous - and which Church would that be which was suppressing Ancient Egyptian lightbulbs, Ancient Greek computers, and the non Christian civilisations of China and Perisa and their rockets and spaceships?
And Other Anonymous, no the Babylonians did not have batteries etc etc.
We know, from the examination of mummies, for instance, that Ancient Egyptians had terrible teeth. Many of them (and these were in the upper classes, who could afford mummification, and, presumably medical care) must have been in constant agony from abscesses on their teeth. What sort of advanced culture goes with appalling dental care?
Infant - and maternal - death rates were shocking everywhere - what sort of advanced culture cannot save its mothers and babies?
Our ancestors - sadly - were not ahead of our current technology. You will find comparatively few doctors today recommending cutting a live pigeon in half and clapping it to the soles of the feet of a Covid 19 sufferer to 'draw out the evil humours' - or punishing school boys who refused to smoke (it was believed to keep off the plague.)
And finally, no, there is no cabal of ancient demons who suppress history.
The history is there. But, by the sound of it, comparatively few people read it.

Some people say that The Church kept technology suppressed by a thousand years.
