You are full of excuses!!! A black person war president in case you forgot. There are black senators, generals and CEO's. Quit feeling sorry for yourself.

Colored people have a better chance of achieving their dreams in America's "social climate" than whites. Did you know that in some low-level companies they have programs where they immediately promote you to a higher level like branch manager or something like that just because you're colored? You have a better chance of doing anything more than any other race. It's also hard to be white contrary to popular belief because everyone automatically assumes you're some kind of racist or supremacist or that just because of the simple fact that you're white you were the biggest slave owner in the state when half the time that white person's dad wasn't even born yet. So yes if you actually have the skills and will to pursue your dreams you can do it, no matter what color. People who don't get jobs or achieve their dreams because it's their own damn fault and then blame it on other people or their race are some of the worst people on Earth. I don't care if you friggin purple, just don't be lazy and actually try at something other than blaming it on other people.Source(s): Personal viewpoint.

Our social systems are broken. They are were set up to favor the few and take advantage of the many. This mind set has now come to an end. It was no longer viable and we were heading into a world war. Covid-19 put a momentary stop to that. The 'many' have had time to think about life and are seeing that we need far less than we thought to be happy. We do want positive connections. Now is our opportunity to right the wrongs of the past and to start on the path of people ahead of profits. Let's start by getting a handle on this pandemic by caring for each other and wearing a mask and social distancing.

Sure, but if you don't want to succeed, no one will stop you.

Black people can pursue their dreams and are free to do so. There is no "sociological climate" getting in their way.

Blacks and women are given a leg up above everyone else and this has been true since the 1965 Civil Rights Act.
