No, no and no. The rivers of milk and honey is one of the true promising rewards of God and the people of Paradise{s} will enjoy the rivers of Heaven and will never get sick. It is a reward for the believers and they'll be the most beautiful, more beautiful than the things inside of Heaven.

    Aawww... look at you.

    Completely ignorant about diabetes.

I have Type 2 Diabetes so I looked it up to check.

    Honey

"A study on people with type 2 diabetes found that when compared to sucrose, honey does not increase glucose levels as much but does lead to a higher rise in insulin levels. This indicates that honey may stimulate the secretion of insulin that helps in keeping the blood glucose levels in check"

    Milk

"Total dairy and cheese are also associated with a decreased risk of type 2 diabetes (based on moderate-quality evidence). There is no evidence that the consumption of dairy fat or regular and high-fat dairy is detrimental to any cardiovascular health outcomes, including type 2 diabetes."

You really ought to stop parroting your pastor.

He's an idiot, and makes you look like one too .
