how many carbs are in cantelope, and spegeti noodles?
- JanetLv 72 months ago
It will of course depend on the SIZE of the serving.
So google "nutritional content of ....." and apply the quantity you are eating.
When you look up the noodles, the spelling is "spaghetti" noodles. You will not find anything for "spegeti" since that is not a word.
Generally, canteloupe is low-carb, and noodles are high-carb.

In spaghetti, a pasta, very high, but in cantaloupe, if you mean the melon variety, very few. Melon is mainly water. It has some sugar [carbs] but less [per 100g] than most fruit. It also contains dietary fibre, which is technically a carbohydrate, but is not digested by the human digestive system and goes straight through. Nonetheless, fibre is an important part of the diet, it helps prevent constipation, acts as a bulking agent and regulates the absorption of other carbs.

It depends on the amount, There's probably more in the spaghetti than in the cantelope though.
