Do cops have a system of " VIP" for special treatment such as Judges, etc..? ?

There is a Video in which cops pull over a judge and he is like " you better run them plates quickly son" and the cops returns saying " have a good day Judge" 

The person never told the cop they were a judge but seem to know he would be let go as soon as he ran the plates. Do cops have a special database of VIP people such as Judges which get special treatment from tickets?
