Will countries that responded to COVID aggressively see their economies bounce back faster than America?

    Explain that to me, please. Why would they? Europe's economy is larger, but they depend upon the US to buy their products. Since the 1940's the world has depended upon America. Without the dollar, there isn't any economy.

    Sweden took the least direct action of just about any nation on the planet, and they experienced the least economic contraction of any nation of note. Relative to the rest of the developed world, the US is on par with the UK and ahead of most EU nations in terms of deflecting negative economic impact. It's easier to bounce back when you don't fall as far.
