Why doesn't NYC talk about the dangers or any about college students going back to school? It seems there only regarding grade school.?

NYC has greatly lowered the rate of transmission. It's pretty well under control there. College students are old enough, and presumably smart enough to take precautions, wear the masks, wash their hands and stay away from each other. Now- they might not- but the big risk is not to them, since most young people only get a minor case, but to the faculty, many of whom are older and may have health conditions. Where I am, it's the faculty that forced the closing of the university- but we don't have transmission rates under control. Also, college students who live on campus aren't running the risk of taking the virus home to grandma and grandpa like younger students are.
