Please name some foods or supplements with misleading nutrition facts or supplement facts.?

Maybe many nutrients are included or excluded in a peeling when everyone is eating it or throwing it away.  Maybe a mineral's supposed value or amount is misleading considering what it is paired with.

    Activia yogurt. they make up the names of the live and active cultures and its chock full of corn starch...they even got sued over that.  google "Dannon got sued" and take a look at how many law suits they have had.

    Probably the best one is 'Made with only natural ingredients', and then they don't mention what they are. Or 'Natural Flavorings'-any idea what that is? 

    Or how about....'Contains 2% or less of'.....and then the list is the length of your arm and you are afraid to look up what the unpronounceable ingredients are.

    "XYZ 0%" (at the volume of the 0.00003 oz serving size. 12% RDA at the 32oz whole unit you'll eat 5 of today).

    "No HFCS." Ingredients, corn syrup, cane sugar..."

    "Made with 100% natural ingredients" Human hair, beaver butt juice, whale barf, ...
