None.  The republitards are set to lose control of the Senate and probably the White House too.

It will really depend on whether the Republicans manage to hold their majority in the Senate. If they do then it is almost certain that he will be nominating someone to replace 86-year-old  Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The other possibility is the 81-year-old Liberal Judge Stephen Breyer,

He will appoint 3 at the most, 1 at the least, and 2 as the most likely number, given the aging status of many of those judges. Bader will likely die any time now. A few others like Breyer might retire as well.

    My guess is two.....

Possibly 3. RBG will soon probably retire or die on the bench plus another 1 of the old Liberal Judges. Wouldn't surprise me if one of them knew Epstein.
