How do I make time to exercise?
I go to school 5 days a week, for 8 hours. When I get home from school, I have loads of homework (advanced classes). On weekends, I study for tests. So how do I make time to exercise? And how much time should I set aside for exercising?

Spend a few minutes stretching and do some body weight exercises.

1 hour-ish 3 days a week is fine for general wellbeing. If you want to win MR Olympia is a different story. Why not bike to campus? When you get that trapped under ice feeling doing homework, go for a jog. It's easy to fit in some time to work out. You sat with your phone looking at plates of fancy food and dresses or cars for a collective 4 hours today already, didn't you?
