What are your opinions on Trump's 4 executive orders? Does he have the authority? Where is the money coming from? Is it possible?

I have so many questions because it's federal money. That states are supposed to decide. Trump's actions can't be legal. Is this going to cause more problems or more of a delay to get the people money? Is this abuse of power? Is what Trump did legal?

Update:

Should this move Trump did be something acceptable for all Presidents moving forward?

Which 4 executive orders are you talking about?

It IS within his rights to make those decisions and the people are screaming for help.  He realized the majority of people need that help so he did what was necessary.  It IS legal and it was a good decision.  The number of people in need is astronomical.  Even the businesses that have reopened - the shelves are still half empty and the employees they used to have are not needed.  Many went back to work, only to be laid off again for lack of work.  Others face cut hours.  Some businesses had to close because of too many positive covid results, risking spreading it more.  It's not a good situation.

It was all just a show.  Only one was an EO; the rest were "memoranda" "suggesting" that certain things be done
