How has Bristol become so multi black when it is in rural Somerset ?

Update:

If the blacks entered through the port, where did they start out?

    Not much different to the national average, it has a lot of international students and a legacy of being a major port.

    Because the immigrant boat people have found a new entry into the UK via the Bristol estuary
