What are the appropriate flaps settings and landing speed for a single-enging landing on a Boeing 737-800?

I tried the normal flaps-30 and speed range of 135kias-145kias five times and stalled just shy of the runway. On my sixth try, I came in at 155kias using flaps-15 and barely had enough rudder authority to land successfully.

The lack of an engine should not matter,   the lift of the wings is the same.

Wait! You're flying an airliner and you can't figure out it's dirty? Which airline is this?

Depends on the landing weight, Nimrod.
