How to control my eating when on a diet?
I love to eat. If I see a milkshake, I’ll buy it. Then after I finish, I eat 3 cookies, then ice cream, then it goes on. My willpower is weak. I eat healthy, but when I see junk food, it’s too hard to resist. It ruins my diet.

You need to visualise what you want strongly - if you think I want to be this certain weight, I want to have this body shape etc, you will begin to shun junk food which will only hinder that process. Plan out a shopping list which you only buy healthy food and keep your expenditure equal to the shopping you’ve picked up. The key is also to plan your meals so that you are filled up enough so you don’t even want to eat junk food. Hope it helped.
