How can I eat to lose weight if I'm always hungry?
I try eating healthier but I don't want to crash diet again.
My height is 155cm
And my weight is about 89kilo

Drink more water. Filling your stomach with water adds 0 calories and kills your hunger pangs.
Also, fill the time you'd otherwise be eating with some kind of physical activity (not necessarily exercise, just something physical, like gardening, or painting, or sewing, or woodworking, etc...). The more time you devote to a hobby that requires you to move and focus, the less time you'll spend thinking about how you feel hungry. Oftentimes, people say that they feel hungry when in reality they're just bored and don't have anything to occupy their mind.
Eat on a schedule. Your body will get used to it and you won't feel hungry until it's time to eat.
