What does "train out of" mean?

Example: "Ability to train out of our MN Headquarters"

Does this mean ability to train in our MN Headquarters? or ability to relocate and train outside of MN?

To train using the MN HQ as the base from which to train. Probably the HQ is where you sleep, but the training activities generally happen outside the HQ.

But I also tend to agree with DON W - the notion is not clear.

Train out of means receive training at that office.

It means that it has just departed from somewhere.

It would be better expressed as "train at". So even if you are planning to work in Florida they would like you to come to Minnesota to learn the job.

    It's unclear--you'd have to get a clarification.

The way I initially read it was that you would stay where you are, but the Minnesota headquarters facility would provide the training, which could be online.  But it could also mean that you would visit the Minnesota headquarters for the training.  Or something else.  The wording is not clear.
