How to calculate how many calories you're burning?

    I use a BMR calculator to give me an idea of how many calories my body burns at rest, in a 24 hr period (link 1) So that's the minimum amount of calories your body will burn daily. ALL activity you add to that, burns more calories. For calculating calories burned during exercise, I use the calculator at link 2. 


    Once you know your BMR and the approx calories your body burns doing particular activities or exercises, you can get a good estimate of your daily calorie burn.
