What is it called (criminal term) (lawbreaking) if an "organization" .org website states false federal/state law information on the web, etc?

What is it called (criminal term) (lawbreaking) if an "organization" .org website states false federal/state law information on the web, etc?

Update:

There's no criminal term, because it's not against the law.  Federal Law chapter 7362, section 12.8(7) says "No criminal prosecution shall be done for posting false federal law on the web."

It's not against the law unless you can prove they did it intentionally with an intent to mislead.
