pulled my shoulder too far doing over-head stretch?
I pulled my arm doing this stretch (not me in the pic though) and now my collar bone sticks out on top of my shoulder more. I can move it fine it just hurts if I move my shoulder up (like shrugging or lifting my self up from sitting). what should I do to help this

thats a injury that takes 6 months to heal...dont do any heavy lifting for 6 months
