4.3 engine question ?

Barely noticeable lower than usual rpms when first starting. Once warmed up goes away. It started I believe after I swapped radiators and I accidentally disconnected the crank sensor without knowing and I was trying to start and wouldn’t budge. I gave it gas and nothing and my dad saw the sensor disconnected. Do you guys think it’s gas buildup on the spark plugs? Or idle air control valve or any ideas? I put the plugs in February. But have driven it a lot. It does not seem like a big problem it’s just annoying after putting a lot of money in. It’s for a gutted off-road truck.

Clean the MAF sensor,  throttle body and idle air control valve.

I am only going by what you said but sounds like if you have a problem it could be the throttle body getting dirty. Sometimes they get dirty and needs cleaned.
