Should a psa of 1.13 for a 23 year old be concerning?

I just got my psa blood results back and my numbers are 1.13 and I'm only 23. Should I be concerned since I read that the average for a 40 year old male is only .7 I believe. I think its said that below 4 is safe. Should I be concerned?

An PSA value of 4.00 is dangerous. Your PSA value is OK, so do not worry. Prevent having sex or masturbating several days before your next PSA value can show an increase. Just tell your doctor you had sex.

Did you see a urologist?A PSA test if not fool proof. Did they do a digital exam. You actually need both to be sure about the possibility of cancer. Talk with your doctor if you are not clear.
