She was sent to Auschwitz in September, 1944, in October, 1944 she was relocated to Bergen-Belsen. She died in early 1945 from typhus when she was 15 but the exact date is not known, but probably in February or early March.

@nonpartisan , yeh the Jews always moaning. Nice Mr Hitler built holiday camps for them , a German Billy Butlin he was. Laid on special trains for them and what do they do? Moan about the showers. And so what if you lock someone up in unsanitary conditions with thousands of others and they die of typhus? Not your fault. Not murder, you didn’t kill them. Same as if you shoot them. It was your gun not you . Keep up the good work Nazi fanboy!.

She was sent to Auschwitz.  She was fifteen when she died (it was sometime in the late winter early spring of 1945, before her birthday in June.  So since she was born in 1929 she would have been not quite sixteen yet)

She first went to Auschwitz (you know...the one with the "gas chambers" that exterminated Jews). Failing to be part of that protocol, she was sent to Bergen-Belsen where...

...she died of typhus, NOT "where she was killed".

She was 15 at the time and was a virtual nobody until her diary was found after the war and her father exploited it to profit from it.

There were no entries about her experiences in the camps since it was hidden before she was taken to the first one.

She was sent to Bergen-Belson, and was killed in the winter of 1945, when she was 15.
