So many factors are involved with sailing its really hard to get you an answer with no other information provided.

    First, Weather.

    2nd Wind direction.

3rd Vessel Type, are you attempting this 75 mile run in a 20 foot day sailor or in A Neil trimaran?

4th, hugging the coast or pushing out a few miles further south off shore.

    5th... again weather!

Depending on all the above, lets say you have a perfect day to sale, east to west steady wind moving moving around 10-15 mph, and water breaking with 1 foot max waves. You take a 30 foot catamaran and you push off about a mile or 2 from from shore and hold a direct line, you get a nice steady average of 13 mph, you reach Spit head in under 6 hours.

Same boat, worse weather, and choppy seas. Double or tipple the time.

Smaller boat, west to east wind and bad weather... never.

It depends on how fast you go.
