How safe is it to go to Spain right now with coronavirus risks?

Lots of minor, controlled outbreaks everywhere, except for an imporant, uncontrolled one in the Catalonia area (NE Spain) where they're back on full lockdown. Madrid, the hardest hit area, is now fairly safe.
The islands are safe except Mallorca in the Med, and Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura and Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. All with relatively minor outbreaks.
