Twice each day this happens.  Once in the evening as the warm air cools to be below the temperature in the house and once each morning as the outside temperature rises above the temperature inside.  Almost every day of the year.

No it is 95 degrees outside with 87% humidity. In my house the temp is always 67 degrees year round. My bill is only $115.00 a month. It is my comfort setting and if you say that is wasting energy and blah blah blah, then why do manufacturers make it as low as 60? This is my only fancy in life. I love the cold.

Close.  It is 19 outside, and pretty close to that inside as well.  This is only a co-incidence though.  The difference between inside, and out in my house can be as much as 70 degrees Celsius.

No. It's 84 outside and 76 in here.

All the time.  When it's 30 degrees, I open my windows!
