10% of 1000 is 100. 1000-900=900+5% (5% of 900 is 45)=945. i mean basic math. can u figure out what to do next? i mean i think it is like 1 grade mathematics now

    change year 1 = 1000 - 10% = 900

    change year 2 = 900 + 5% = 945

    net change = 945 - 1000 = -55
