Legally speaking, can president of the United States ...?
deport any non citizens only because he doesn’t like them? For example let say the president is very angry after listening to a very inflammatory comment made by a White House Correspondent for the BBC. Can he just deport the journalist and bar him from reentry as long as he is in office?

The President doesn't deport people, nor does he cook or do laundry. If there's a journalist who, in the President's opinion, was out of line, then his or her privileges will be revoked and the person will be asked to leave within 30 days.
Since all of this is a mind game, said journalist would have to get out of status, get caught, and brought in front of an immigration judge who decides if we want to spend $26,5K on his deportation. Does the President have influence on such a judge? Maybe, maybe not, depending on who that judge is.Source(s): An immigrant from Europe, I live on the American Riviera and work as an attorney in Santa Barbara, California.

No. Visa laws and immigration laws are made by congress, and have no provisions for rejecting an individual because the president doesn't like them.

No. The deportation process involves multiple appeals and has to go before an immigration judge. This is why it takes forever and costs so much to deport someone.

The president can't deport people, he can't arrest people, he can't convict people, he can't print money, he can't pass an amendment, he can't fire a supreme court justice. You need to read the constitution, ignore the amendments, just read the articles.
