Do brokers who are open hours earlier and stay open hours later give their traders an advantage?

Hi I'm new to this. The broker I'm on has set hours, but other brokers open hours earlier in premarket and by time I can bid on the stock that's on my watchlist, it has already gone up 50%.

People are trading by computers, not using the people brokers. Their hours are usually based on time zone. Whether you can trade on foreign exchanges, pre-market and after-market is by brokerage firm.

Stocks making huge runs up and down by percent are risky penny stocks. I live in Las Vegas where other than Covid-19 gambling is 24/7.

If stocks on your watch list move like that, prepare to lose all of your money.

Find a different firm if they don't offer what you want to do.
