Is it safe to be in the house when a tree is being removed?

On Thursday, I'll be having a tree that leans over half the house removed.  Is it safe to be in the house while he's removing the portion that leans over it?

You and your house should be safe. I'd probably stay away from the side of the tree for precautions.

If a professional is removing the tree..................you are safe, however, to be 100% safe.............just go outside until the tree is down.

My dad cut a HUGE tree behind our kitchen while we sat watching in the kitchen lmao. Just make sure you cut the tree to the opposite direction

if it poses a danger, like the tree cutters once did us, they would knock on your door and escort you out of the house up until it is cut down.

Sure. They're not going to wreck your house.

It depends on who is doing the tree removal.  If it's your dad, for instance, then make an excuse to be absent.  If it's a professional tree removal service, then hang around the neighbor's yard (or across the street, in the shade) and watch the show.

You should be elsewhere, becouse **** happens. Odds are, it is not going to happen to you this time, but it does happen to someone at some point.
