I left my oat milk out of the fridge for weeks but i haven't opened it yet. Is it safe to consume?

Is it shelf-stable? If it is on a shelf in the store as opposed to being in a cooler, then yeah, it is fine. If you bought it in a cooler then maybe just dump it and buy new.

Well, Its kept on the supermarket shelf [not the fridges] and usually has a good date on it.

If yours has a date that is still 'viable' it should be ok.

I wouldn't use it if its past the use by date.

Was it in the chiller compartment in the shop .. or just out on a shelf ?

If it was in the chiller then it's fresh and will probably be ''off'' after being out of the fridge for so long.

If it was just out on a shelf then it's ''long life'' and will be fine.

Either way there should be a date on it !

You need to check the packaging. If it says that it needs to be refrigerated or it has passed its use by date then you need to check it - look st it, smell it, taste it.

Some are available in shelf-stable packages, but if it came out of the refrigerated aisle, it needs to stay refrigerated. See if it says "KEEP REFRIGERATED" or "REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING".

It depends on the brand. Read the label.
