Diet and fitness: I think I hit a plateau on my one meal a day diet?
I recently bought a scale and eventhough I've been working out I have been eating unhealthy. I use to wrestle in high school and I had to cut weight and I decided to do that again. I lost 20 pounds sense may but I haven't been able to drop more sense. I drink a protein shake 2 hours before I exercise and I eat dinner around 5 to 6 PM. I think I may have plateaued and I just need some advice
