Why do I keep gaining and losing weight?

How do I stop this?

    Usually you keep losing with small bursts of weight gain before you lose again. But it shouldn't continue increasing or stall unless you are inconsistent or perhaps eating the wrong foods. Sparkpeople is an excellent way to gauge how much you put in your mouth each day and provides charts to help you reach your goal weight. I have had the most luck when I stayed true to my sparkpeople diet.

    You might want to be strictly self-disciplined to avoid binges, and also avoid severely small portions of food.

    Simple: ditch the scale. 

    Our weights fluctuate by +/-5lbs, so quit tripping.
