How do I distract myself when I have a worry that is paralyzing me regarding what others thing of me and being excluded ?

Don't know if everyone I know is excluded from this event and the people are just having family due to COVID-19 or if I am being excluded and everyone else invited.

    Find a subject you really enjoy and then whenever you get a thought about what these other people think of you go immediately to the subject you enjoy and find an activity or thought that involves it.
