Question for bodybuilders?
It's obviously clear that you can't gain muscle in a calorie deficit correct?
Well then answer this. how the hell do I eat an excess of calories to gain muscle without feeling full 24/7? I don't understand how bodybuilders eat like 5000 calories a day. I have a chicken breast meal, and I feel full for like 4 hours.
I feel like I have to constantly stuff my face just to gain muscle and stretch my stomach out. I have to walk around feeling super uncomfortable all the time cuz I'm full. Makes no sense to me
