for some maybe.....for me eating a serving of natural/no added sugar, helps me go, but if I forget, a glass of warm water then lay flat like on the floor , or bed no pillow and wait 30min, if a half hour passes, drink another glass of warm water, the go back and lay down, your body will let you know when it's time to go potty !
