Is it correct that that people without a strong faith in God are less capable, less ethical and less valuable to themselves and society?

    No, since they do NOT succumb to anything like religious belief 

    which is obviously and inherently weaker than they are.

    Many medical, psychological and sociological studies throughout the years have found such things as these to be true. A quick Google will bear that out.

    No what it is , is that thinking  Skydaddys and particularly your Skydaddy is real removes some sort of discomfort for believers .

    No.  There no reason why delusions would make a person more capable or ethical.  Quite the opposite, actually.
