probability math anyone good with this stuff?

Weather prediction: “On a typical July day on our small tropical island, there is a 40% chance of rain and a 30% chance of high wind. However, these events are not independent. In fact, if it rains then the chance of high wind jumps to 60%.” a.) What is the probability that tomorrow there is both rain and high wind?

b.) The prediction continues: “If, on the other hand, high wind occurs, then the chance of rain jumps to _________ % .” Fill in the blank with the right number. Show your work. You should use part a.) in your calculation.
