Do you judge people who work in entry level jobs (not careers)?

    No, every one has to start some where even if it's later in their lives. Or if it's a job they love doing then who am I to judge on that.... Most of us have been in an entry level at some point, so we shouldn't look down on others that are in a entry level job.

    Yes, I look at them positively. You have to start somewhere.

    Yes I do ... and I judge them quite positively.  There is nothing wrong and everything right about working an entry level position.  It's like watching a fat person exercise ... the optimist will say "hey, at least he's working on it!".   And if someone wants to work an entry level position their entire life, and they can pay their way thru life, I don't see any problem with that.

    Uh... everybody I've met in the workplace started in an entry-level job... unless they had a PhD.
