As others have said, 90 without units and context is meaningless.

90 ppm would be too low, 90% to high, if you are asking about the level in the atmosphere.

The only way the Earth’s average temperature increases or decreases is if the overall albedo, increases/decreases and or the solar input increases/decreases.

CO2 levels are a non-factor in determining Earth’s climate. CO2 @ 150 ppm or below would result in the demise of life on the planet. Increased levels of C02 has made life flourish, for example in the dinosaur age where CO2 levels were at 5000 – 7000 ppm life flourished. In fact at today’s level of 400 ppm 95 % of all life from back then including plants could not survive at the 400 ppm level.

Anything below about 150 ppmV would be absolutely catastrophic because plants would start to die.  Increasing the CO2 means plants can more easily extract it and produce food for us animals.  Increased CO2 should moderate the temperature reducing the gradient between the highs and lows and moderately increase the temperature.   Increasing the temperature has many benefits yet alarmists can only list potentially bad ones.  It shows that science isn't what they are interested in.  They are interested in pushing their hate-filled agenda.  It is a hate filled agenda that depends of jealously of those with money or authority, hatred of those with money and authority, and a greed for power and money which hasn't been earned the creeps.

What do you mean by a CO2 level of 90? Currently the level of CO2 in the atmosphere is over 400 ppmV and it's important that it not get much higher than that. The problem is not the absolute level, but the change in the level.  So far we have increased the amount by about 40% from pre-industrial levels.  Changing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere changes the climates of Earth and that will also change the sea level as landed ice melts.  Both of these things will wreak havoc with human infrastructure, which was built for 20th century conditions.

The troll (Anonymous) tries to associate alarmism with liberals, but in reality it's conservatism that requires people to be in a constant state of fear. They want you to fear wearing a mask, they want you to fear "caravans" of maids and day laborers coming to the U.S., they want you to fear Iran, they want you to fear people "taking away your guns", etc.  The entire Republican Party is based on keeping their adherents in constant state of fear about things  that are about as low risk as you can get.  On the other hand, they don't want you to fear a disease which has already killed about 130,000 Americans, with more dying every day.

EDIT: It's amusing how desperate and scared the troll and JImZ are getting, they know they can't win arguments based on facts, so they just attack me personally.
