Others have given you the 2 states that had it on the state flag but the confederate flag was flown on other southern state Capitol grounds and those were removed systematically w/ legislation. I remember outrage about those flags as far back as 25 yrs.

    Mississippi 2020

    Georgia 2003

The none of the other states ever incorporated Confederate symbols into their flags.

Mississippi just did last week. You think that is bad, we just recently outlawed public lynchings.  Congress never outlawed lynching due to powerful opposition from Southern senators. It was not until 2018 that the Senate passed the anti-lynching legislation Justice for Victims of Lynching Act.

    Mississippi - 2020

    Georgia - 2001

Those are the only ones to use it on their state flag.
