Is Safer's 3 in 1 Garden Spray Bad for Bees, ?

I was spraying my roses with Sfare's 3 in 1 Garden Spray, for Aphids, I noticed Bees flying around, they might Have got some droplet of the spray, Does this kill them?

    The active ingredient in that product is fatty acids, which work by blocking an insect's breathing tubes so that they die by suffocation. 

    It will kill most insects, but it requires a direct hit with the wet spray, so as long as you don't spray it directly on any bees it will not harm them. If they only caught a few droplets then they should also be fine, as it is not toxic. You would need to hit them full in the face, as it were, to kill them.

    I(t should be ok.  I found this - not specific to your product:

    Most fungicides, herbicides and miticides are relatively nontoxic to honey bees and can generally be used around them without serious harm.
