If you are not getting the admission in India you can prefer another country nowadays most of the counties offering less fee when compared to India.

Usually not. There are a lot of diploma mills offering mbbs which are not worth the paper the degree is printed on. You must pass YOUR country's medical exams, so you really need to study in your own country, assuming your country accepts mbbs as a qualification, rather than setting MD as their standard of medical training.

Generally; no. It's more expensive, you're unlikely to be able to do residency in another country; and you'll have to do further qualifications to work in your own country afterwards.
