    (a) The element with 25 protons is Mn.  The atomic mass of Mn is 54.938045.

    So you would expect the most abundant isotope to be

    (b)

    55 total - 25 protons = 30 neutrons

    (c)

    When the atom is neutral it has 25 electrons.
