My younger brother applied to uscis for my immigration visa in 2016. How many years I have to wait for visa interview?     ?

At least a decade and potentially much longer

What's your citizenship? Over the past year, sibling petitions on behalf of citizens of most countries have been taking 13-15 years to become current. For some countries, it's taking up to 25 years for Priority Dates to become current. Certainly, it looks like 2029-2030 is the earliest you might get an interview for an immigration visa, and could take until 2040 or later. That's if current wait times continue. Any regression in Priority Dates due to excessive volumes of petitions will delay things more than that.

15 to 25 years, depending on what country you are from. The lines are longer in some countries. (Mexico and Philippines)
