Is antigravity a substance that exist now only in sci-fi novels? Will chemists one day in year million (far future) invent it eventually?

Gravity is a property that Newton discovered, that two masses will attract each other depending on their masses and the distance between their centers. There is a formula that you can use to predict gravity.    I have never seen an anti gravity property described in any manner but in sci fi. No physics, no formulae, just made up stuff

Even if it existed, it wouldn't be a "substance."  Any more than gravity is one.
