Dropshipped item was already shipped, customer wants refund?

I dropshipped a watch from Aliexpress on eBay. The woman wants to cancel the order, but the product has already been shipped. However, I did not ship it thru eBay, so there is no tracking # I could provide on eBay. What do I do?

Update:

I do have the Aliexpress tracking. Would that be enough in case she tries to push for a refund before getting the item?

    ...and this is just another problem with dropshipping.

    Tell her she has to wait until it arrives and then ship it back.  Once it is received in the warehouse then you will issue the refund.

    You will still be out the cost of shipping it 2 ways.

    If you have a receipt then your tracking number is proof.

    Stop doing drop shipping.
