When resisting a craving for cigarettes, the frustration causes a severe headache that aspirin doesn't fix. Should I then smoke just a bit?

I figured to relieve the frustration, thus avoiding a headache -- like when you slightly loosen the valve on a pressure cooker so that the lid doesn't blow right off.
