Picture building a road through a forest. To prevent the road being washed away with the rains, the people decided to pave it. Paving the road led to more people deciding to travel on that road. With more vehicles crossing the highway, more animals are killed by vehicle collisions. Some animals change their migratory patterns and leave the area altogether. When it rains, the water rushes down the highway and floods the town at the bottom of the hill. Eventually the dry season is here, and the forest burns in a hell fire which ignites the cars' tires, stopping any hope of escape.
